The difference between loving someone versus capability- they Aren't the same

Do you really love someone, and yet you're looking and wondering,

"Is this even going to work in the long run"

This is where love really meets one of its largest tests. You may get drawn towards someone based on love,but it's compatibility that allows for the longevity of the connection.

What love means

When it comes to what love means it consists of emotions like affection,passion,attraction vulnerability, intimacy,compassion,a very deep connection,trust,and having concern for the other person's welfare.you're willing to look over human nuances and small difference between you two.

Yet,love alone does not guarantee the two wish the same things in life.

What compatibility means

It's not a relationship where the two parties are always aligned in thoughts. Compatibility is when the two are capable of accepting ,and navigating through,difference in opinion and differing needs of one another. Compatible differences can include things like how communication occurs, who the other is valuing and their character integrity,the part they want to play in family,life choices,managing money, emotional expression and response, and what kind of trajectory each wishes their lives to take.

The issue can,however,arise when you may deeply love one another but have mutually exclusive aims,such as wanting children or not,where to reside and if you even want marriage all fundamental aspects. While you may be in love,these competing desires make for incredibly difficult hurdles.

For healthy relationships,there need to be compromise,effective communication, and respect between partners,which are those disparities that will only enhance the relationship as long as neither tries to contort the other into their ideal being.

You may want to ask yourself more than just,Do I feel truly seen and understood by this person. Is this type of person who respects my boundaries of being an individual?

Can I voice my desires free from judgement from them?

"Are our aspirations/ goals on aligned path?"

These are all questions that love itself cannot answer on its own.All in all,while love might move souls together, it is the compatibility that allows individual lives to work coherently.
